- Assisted a multinational corporation that brings together capabilities across the value chain of oil and gas activities in the legal structuring of a real estate transaction.
- Assisted in the risk assessment and review of the compliance program of a multinational in the oil and gas sector.
- Assisted a multinational company in the oil and gas sector in relation to the obligations after the agreement imposed by authorities, both in Brazil and abroad in connection with Operation Car Wash. Activities included interaction with relevant authorities, development of internal policies, conducting internal investigations and general compliance consulting.
